Forensic Psychology, or the practice of Psychology that intersects with legal work (criminal risk-assessment, child custody evaluations, court-ordered psychotherapy, juvenile justice and restoration work, etc.) is a particularly interesting subfield within Psychological practice. This evening event will bring together a panel of forensic psychologists who work in a variety of specializations to answer your questions about their work, their training, areas of need within the field, the intersection of forensic work and social justice, and trends in future forensic work. The event will last from 7:00-8:30 pm, and we will have pizza and other snacks for a variety of food-preferences available between 6:30-7:00 if you want to join us early. Some street parking is available around Rockwell Hall, and Forbes Parking Garage also offers public parking.
